How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 5-7 business days within the United States. We currently ship within the US only.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free within the United States. No minimum purchase, no code needed.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For defective products, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. See our full Refunds & Returns Policy for details.
How do I return an item?
Email us at info@ernestbelle.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will send you instructions and a return authorization within 24 hours.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted checkout.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Ernest & Belle products are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a product arrives defective or breaks under normal use within 30 days, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, yes — email us at info@ernestbelle.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled, but you can return it under our return policy.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
What is a bundle? Can I customize what is in it?
Our bundles are curated sets of products designed for specific grilling scenarios (like starting out, getting into smoking, or gifting). The items in each bundle are fixed and cannot be customized. If you want specific products, you can always purchase them individually.
