Refunds & Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through the Ernest & Belle website (ernestbelle.com).

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product for a refund. No reason is required for returns within this window, though we appreciate your feedback.

Return Instructions

  1. Contact Us: Email info@ernestbelle.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include the return authorization form.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@ernestbelle.com. We will cover all return shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
