Shipping Range
We currently ship within the United States only. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or diplomatic locations.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required. No promo code needed. Shipping costs are covered by Ernest & Belle on every order.
Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Last Order Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time will begin processing the next business day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Estimated Delivery: 5-7 business days after processing.
- Total Time (Order to Delivery): 6-9 business days.
- Business Days: Shipments occur Monday through Friday. Delivery may occur Monday through Saturday depending on the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand periods. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate.
